Pachá
The younger sister of the mythical hippie disco in the late '60s, Pachá Barcelona has moved to the beach a few years ago and has found its best place there. Parties here offer music for all tastes. During the week urban rhythms grooves (R&B, Hip Hop) as well as house and Latin rhythms (yes, also reggaeton) at the Pacha-chá party, which became popular recalling the name of one of its Ibizan rooms. The weekends give way to hits and the most danceable electronic music lovers.
CDLC
Carpe Diem Lounge Club; as sophisticated as its name is the concept of this club. Its restaurant fuses Arabic, Asian and Mediterranean cuisine and the decoration is chic and refined. At night, when transforming into a club, the dress code is elegant and the atmosphere pleasant and multicultural. The music is usually electronic (Deep House, Tech House) although there are also more commercial rhythms during some specifics days of the week.
Opium
Belonging to Pacha´s same company group, they have the move in common, as both have previously been in another area of Barcelona and definitely moved to the beach. Also, having hosted great artists; Tiestö, Steve Aoki, David Guetta among others. The crowd is a little more adult than at their neighbors, being 21 years the minimum age tadmitted. Opium has capacity for 3000 people, and you have to dress to impress. Don't even think of wearing shorts or flip flop no matter you´re right in front of the beach (!) Catwalk
Catwalk Club is already a cult room, the first located in the Boulevard Maritim area. The offer of this club is the most diverse in the area, since it has three different rooms. The main room, on the main floor, where you will usually listen to house, electronics and mainstream music. The upper floor plays more suggestive sounds, such as funky, hip-hop and R&B. It also has a terrace overlooking the Big Fish, the magnificent sculpture of the American artist Frank Ghery. The terrace also host public and private events from the early evening.
